Quotations

All quotations provided by MCD Access Scaffolding Ltd are subject to site inspection where required and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time of pricing and may be subject to amendment if project requirements change.

Additional works, adaptations, delays, permits, inspections, or unforeseen requirements may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

For projects over £1,000:

60% payment is due upon scaffold deployment completion

Remaining balance is due upon dismantle


For projects under £1,000:

Full payment is due upon scaffold deployment completion


Late payments may be subject to interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Scaffold Hire & Dismantle

All dismantles require a minimum of 5 working days notice.

Hire charges continue until dismantle is completed.

Removal schedules are subject to weather, site access, and operational requirements.

Temporary Roof Disclaimer

Temporary roof scaffolding provides significant weather protection during roofing, refurbishment, heritage, and emergency repair works.

While temporary roofs help reduce exposure to the elements, complete watertight protection cannot be guaranteed during severe weather conditions or where existing structural issues are present.

Health & Safety

Our scaffolding operations are carried out in accordance with recognised industry guidance including TG20, SG4, and current HSE scaffolding standards.

All operatives are expected to follow site-specific safety requirements and safe working practices at all times.
